Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of CrystalSpring San Gabriel Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

CrystalSpring San Gabriel Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• One-time and deep pool cleaning services
• Green pool treatment and algae removal
• Pool filter cleaning and replacement
• Pool equipment repairs and maintenance
• Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
• Pool opening and closing services
• Pool inspection services

We reserve the right to refuse service or modify our service offerings at any time without prior notice.

Service Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide us with clear access to your pool during scheduled service times. If access is denied or restricted without prior notice, you may still be responsible for the scheduled service fee. We will make every effort to notify you of service visits, but occasional schedule changes may occur due to weather or equipment issues.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed upon in your service contract. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. Additional fees may apply for emergency services, special equipment, or chemical treatments beyond routine maintenance.

Liability and Property Damage

While we take great care in providing our services, you acknowledge that pool maintenance involves working with chemicals, equipment, and water systems. We carry liability insurance for our work, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. You agree to maintain your pool area in a safe condition for our technicians to work.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement with 30 days written notice. Weekly service contracts require a minimum commitment period as specified in your agreement. One-time services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Chemical Treatment

We use professional-grade pool chemicals as part of our service. You authorize us to add necessary chemicals to maintain proper water balance and sanitation. If you prefer to provide your own chemicals or have specific requirements, this must be specified in writing at the time of service agreement.

Equipment Repairs

When equipment repairs are needed, we will provide you with an estimate before proceeding with work that exceeds a reasonable emergency repair threshold. You authorize us to perform minor repairs and adjustments as part of routine maintenance. Major repairs require your approval before work begins.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and will address any issues resulting from our service at no additional charge. However, we cannot guarantee specific results when dealing with pre-existing conditions or when proper maintenance has been neglected. Equipment and parts carry manufacturer warranties which we will help you navigate.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to claims of any kind, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
